Issue with chain saw

I just opened my brand new chainsaw, never used it, bought it in 2014, took it out and it won't start. I need a cable.

No way to get customer service by phone. The recording told me that they don't service my product anymore and to contact a small engine repair technician.
I guess they don't make mowers anymore? Looks like they only make small things like chainsaws and weed eaters now.
They should still take calls for the mowers they sold even if they don't make them anymore. A lot of people have Poulon mowers that want to fix them theirselves.

Every 1 800 number I received is not responding. I've only had this trimmer for 3 months. Only use twice and it want crank or if it crank it wasn't stay crunk

Defective fuel tank on pr2322 hedgetrimmer
- - Fuel leaks from the bottom of the fuel tank grommet due to a low-hole design.
- - Phone support was dropped in 2022; online help is required.
upon filling fuel tank with fresh gas I noticed fuel leaking out from the bottom of the rubber grommet on the fuel tank. upon further inspection it has been determined that there is a design flaw in which the hole for the grommet has been cut to low and therefore not able to seal the fuel tank properly creating a very dangerous situation!!!
When I tried to contact Poulan Pro u get the usual dog and pony show
NO more tech support on the phone as 1/2022 go online which is another dead end!! which leads me to the conclusion corporate has taught them well by cutting cost and screw the customer

My new chainsaw broke
- - Bought 20 saws in Oct 2023; one quit in spring with no compression.
- - Purchased at Menards; no nearby Poulan service, no exchange.
I bought 20 saw in October 23. Used it a little.
Started using it this spring and it quit. No compression. Before that it was awesome. I actually preferred it to a Stihl.
I bought at Menards.
Now there is no shop anywhere near me authorized by Poulan. Menards wont exchange it so basically Im screwed.
