I purchase a PoulanPro Riding mower from Home Depot in Sylacauga, AL. on 9/8/2018. Just had the mower serviced because it had been running a little ruff. oil change, spark plug, fuel filter and air filter.it ran a few times and know it has quite we cannot get it started. we called the service line and they gave us 3 places within a 50 mile radius of our home and none of them service PoulonPro and have not for some years and seemed very upset of us calling said they have been trying to get ya'll to take them off list. My husband has back issues and has been in and out of hospital and i have no one to help me. the paper work says we have a 2 year warranty on all parts and labor.so how do i get my mower fixed???????????????Don;'t

My PR25BC trimmer broke down before the warranty ran out. Called the Poulan warranty line and over two separate calls, and was given the names and numbers of 5 repair depots. 4 do not do warranty work on Poulan products and the fifth is out of business. So much for...

Not working

i have a poulan pro weed eater got it from lowes Canada took it back to get it serviced, they told me they do not sell them any more and will not service it. so it sits in my shed for a year, looks nice but it will not start.

Mower won't stay running.

This mower that I bought isnt worth anything. I spent money and it still doesnt run right. It starts and maybe run for ten minutes and stop. I probably wont buy another Poulon mower

Mower won't stay running.

Just to let u know I bought a ignition module. I put it on and it ran for maybe five minutes so I decided to take out the spark plug and i changed it also. It still didnt run very long. Do u have any ideas. Its frustrating.

So difficult to get the saw started and then it stops working

I tried to use it for the last two years never works continuously cannot remove the screws to access the air filter or the spark plugs. The screws are made of inferior metal the thread wears away very quickly and you can never get it open. Customer service at poulan is poor they give you the run around. Awful experience.

Chainsaw won't start

Ordered part for chainsaw paid for the part time of order was told it would be here within 4 days called because we still have not received it to find out that part was never shipped. Now waiting to see when we will receive it

Lack of warranty

Hello, I purchased a Poulan chainsaw for light yard work. After a few months, while still under the year warranty, it broke. I took it to a repair shop to get it fixed. I was told, by the repair shop, it was my fault it broke and it would not be covered under warranty. I was then told it would cost me $200.00 to repair. I called Poulan customer service for the number to the warranty department. I was told they do not give out the warranty departments number. Now think about that. The shop, who want me to pay $200.00 wont honor my warranty, and I cant get in to contact with Poulan to discuss why I believe the shop to be in error. Stay away

Wrong button. No the representative Chris was actually extraordinarily helpful his services. Give him a pay raise. Because I said so!

Warranty worthless

Purchased Poulan gas leaf blower through Amazon. Unable to start unit. Poulan refused to even look at the unit--Would not honor warranty--Amazon refused to back up their customer by intercession with Poulan. I'm a senior stuck with a product that doesn't work. I'm a longtime Amazon customer and fully expect them to back what they sell. The bigger they become the quality of service has declined. Poulan was rude and non-responsive. BUYER BEWARE!

Failure of product, lack of service, rudeness of customer service

After purchasing a Poulon Pro 42" 19 HP lawn tractor I started experiencing problems from the very start. Over two summers and the beginning of the third I replaced seven mower deck drive belts. It simply chewed them up and threw them. Twenty-five months after purchase and the unit only being used less than once a week to cut about 10,000 sq .feet the mower stopped moving, would not go forward or backward and rear wheels locked and would not release manually. Attempted to contact Poulon but could not get through or was hold till line went to a busy signal. Tried on line chat and got return message a day later telling me to go to service locator and contact authorized service center. Had only one is area and found they were backlogged four weeks for diagnostics plus it would cost $59.99 to have them pick up unit and return after repair. I then was refused any assistance from Poulo9n or Hasgavarna the parent company and was told I would have to bear total cost of diagnostics and repair estimated to begin at $900.+ this was $255.00 for diagnostics and estimated $675 for new transmission as they said it would be cheaper to switch it out then repair the existing one. The original price paid was $1200 and now close to $1000. for repair. The engine starts without fail and though it throws the drive belts for the deck the mower deck does otherwise operate. In the few times I have since gotten through to Poulon/Hasgavarna I have been treated rudely. This company does not have a reliable or customer friendly service organization and does not stand behind their product. The lack of service centers is appalling. I purchased the unit from Home Depot and they are not even authorized to service the equipment. I would never deal with them(Poulon) again.

Extremely poor customer service

Have tried contacting them over 7 times no answer just extensive wait periods, tried their chat room completely a waste of time and mis- information Contacted several local dealers and service (repair establishments) only to be told company's products are terrible, company does not support or stand behind their product if you can even get In Touch with them. Many places of business with whom I spoke with will not carry their product for just those reasons
